To qualify for a return or exchange, customers must contact our support team within 3 days of receiving the order. Products should remain unused, sealed, and in their original packaging condition. Due to safety and hygiene concerns, opened or partially used chemical products cannot be returned or refunded. Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the original payment method or bank transfer. Delivery charges may not be refundable unless the issue occurred from our side.
