Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address details, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If you receive a damaged package or any item is missing from your order, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details for assistance.
